Hilbert Sumire is an archaeologist, official Peruvian tourist guide, and explorer, who graduated in Social Sciences, opting for a Bachelor’s degree in Archeology at the San Antonio Abad National University of Cusco (UNSAAC), Official Tourism Guide at the Tupac Amaru Higher Public Institute.
Since 1992, he has been touring the different trekkings in the city of Cusco, especially the famous Inca trail to Machu Picchu. He has been doing this walk for more than 25 years (more than 775 times).
